The main aim of the redesign was to increase the value of the garden to the business and, in so doing, create a space that was both warm and welcoming, and in tune with the restaurant’s interiors. To this end an outdoor fireplace was designed to create both physical warmth and a draw to passers-by, as it could be seen through the archway leading to the road.
