Transformation in Tooting
This courtyard space previously had an awkward step out and steps up to the garden space, meaning the customer had around a metre of wasted space. The space was crying out for some attractive planting and the paving needed bringing back to life.
We were brought in to help create a functional, stylish and attractive space for our customer. To begin with we brought the patio all the way back to the house to win back that lost space. We also added steps out of the house that are more functional and not imposing on the space.
Raised beds were added to bring planting into the garden, we introduced seating with floating benches and porcelain paving was used to create an attractive patio area.
We went with an artificial lawn on this occasion for the client’s little one to play on and lighting was added to make the garden a space to be enjoyed in summer evenings.
